This 12" A4 personal paper cutter is an ideal 2-in-1 personal paper trimmer for school, arts and crafts. This portable paper trimmer machine has two blades: a straight-cut blade and a scoring blade. It is produced with100% Original ABS plastic Material and a Titanium carbide-coated blade, which could provide extra cutting capacity. The metric and inch measurements on the base plate are for easy guidelines. The Swing-out ruler extends the measuring area for larger paper formats ( up to 38 cm). Transparent finger guard clamps paper and protects from fingerprints.
